Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones  of the head, spinal column and sacrum.  The goal is to create decompression in those areas which alleviates stress and tension and releases stored emotional trauma. It improves the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid and restores a natural balance to the central nervous system. A session includes somatic dialog related to areas of tension as they correlate to cognitive and life related stresses. It induces a deep sense of relaxation as well as a deeper internal awareness. Tools will be given for how to incorporate new structural patterns so there can be more ease in the architecture of your body.
